They meet stringent and unusual requirements, some of which include college experience, a meaningful period of residency in the area, no criminal record, and no history of substance abuse. They pass demanding probationary requirements including driving tests, written examinations on navigation, the reservation process, our rate structure, and customer service protocols. They are evaluated three times during their first 90 days of employment, with subsequent evaluations every four months. They receive full medical, vacation, and retirement benefits. All of this assures you of an articulate, motivated, knowledgeable Freedom Services representative, both behind the wheel and on the telephone.
