With the convergence of office print, digital copy and network technologies, as well as the growing technical demands from its clients, Allison Matthews Associates added a dedicated IT solutions division in February 2003. Through its partnership with Microsoft, Symantec, Trend Micro and Hewlett Packard, this division has been able to assist several local companies to gain control over their IT infrastructures. AMA`s Network Services Group is committed to being a proactive partner with its clients, ensuring safe and secure computing environments.
Today Allison Matthews Associates has positioned itself as one of the Mid-Atlantic`s premier resources for business infrastructure technologies. Partnering with industry leaders such as Xerox, IBM, Canon and others, AMA is able to deliver basic break-fix repair and supplies to complete outsourcing programs for the entire corporate environment.
AMA is a Manufacturer Authorized Service Provider for Hewlett Packard, Xerox/Tektronix and Brother, as well as Canon`s line of desktop copiers. We provide on-site, field warranty and non-warranty service on most makes of laser printer and fax equipment, including Lexmark.
All services are performed on-site, unless otherwise requested. Our well stocked warehouse and mobile inventories allow our technicians to complete most repairs during the initial visit. Machines requiring additional service for more complex issues will be picked up, repaired and returned to the customer`s location upon completion of the service.
Although skilled, hands-on technical capabilities are certainly a part of our service offering, many times this represents only half of the battle. Our consultants are experienced IT professionals who offer guidance and direction, as well as real technical results. We don`t simply flaunt popular terms like ‚ROI and ‚TCO in a sales pitch; we live by them.
