Chinese Herb Medicine is best known for its effectiveness over those chronic symptoms, which responded either ineffectively or adversely in conventional treatments, or those not addressed by other health professionals. Typical examples are:

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is very safe. First of all, only sterile disposable needles are used. And conventional techniques are strictly observed in the clinic. This eliminates the possibility of cross infections.
Usually there are no side effects. Occasionally, patients may experience changes in energy level, sleep, appetite bowel or urination pattern. These should not cause concerns, as they are indications that the treatment is working.
These can be overcome by adequate rest and relaxation.
